After being attacked and detained, the former regional councilor for the province of San Román, Isidro Pacohuanaco, filed a criminal complaint against six State officials for the alleged crime of abuse of authority.

Pacohuanaco indicated that he was arrested a few weeks ago when he was making a live broadcast on social networks, demanding the release of the people who had been intervened and detained on the campus of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

"The intimidation is not only against the leaders and citizens who continue to fight, but against the volunteer lawyers, which is why we have formalized a complaint against the police officers, Minister of the Interior, Prime Minister and other authorities who led the intervention. to said house of studies and subsequent aggression against the citizenry," he said.

Through Pachamama radio, Pacohuanaco maintained that the lawyer Aldo Valdivia is the one who is following the case and attached photographs, exams and other evidence that demonstrates the aggression he suffered.
