Government considers giving a bonus to the families of those killed during demonstrations. 

The Minister of Justice, José Tello, said that the Government is evaluating the delivery of a bonus for the relatives of those killed during demonstrations for the closure of Congress and new general elections. 

"We are looking at the issue of reparations to victims. We are already evaluating the issue in the Council of Ministers," he told reporters.

Ayacucho: Minister of Justice said that the lifting of the curfew in the region is being evaluated. 

José Tello, head of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Minjusdh), said Sunday that the lifting of the curfew in Ayachuco is being evaluated because the situation has calmed down.

The evaluation is being carried out by the Ministry of the Interior, said the official, who added that if the situation calms down, everything must return to normal and while that happens comes a point of dialogue. 

In this line, he announced that the Government is evaluating granting reparations to the bereaved of Peruvians who died in the recent protests.

"We are looking at the issue of reparations to victims, we are already evaluating the issue in the Council of Ministers," he said.

Boluarte spoke with CCFFAA chief to investigate in the military jurisdiction the deaths due to protests. 

In her first interview as President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte referred to the citizens killed during clashes between the forces of order and demonstrators in different regions of the country.

"The Prosecutor's Office has already intervened. They are doing the relevant investigations. I have met with the head of the Armed Forces command. AA., with whom we have talked so that it can be investigated in the military jurisdiction, "he said in an interview with the Sunday "Fourth Power."

He also explained that the PNP is the first ring of containment in the face of massive protests in the country. "There is no use of weapons, except, for sure, tear gas canisters. That is what I said in a first speech, the order was for tear gas bombs and not even to use rubber pellets, which are authorized by law, with the understanding that these marches started in Andahuaylas were going to be controlled in a man.

Dina Boluarte confirms that she gave the order not to use bullets: "the order was tear gas bombs"

In her first interview as president, Dina Boluarte said that she had given the order not to use bullets or lethal weapons during the repressions carried out by agents of the National Police and the Armed Forces, against demonstrators from different regions of the country. 

Despite this, as a result of clashes between uniformed and protesters, around 20 people lost their lives.

Puno: Juliaca airport will resume operations from Monday, December 19
The airports of Juliaca and Ayacucho will reopen their doors from next Monday, December 19 and Tuesday, December 20 respectively. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), through its owner Paola Lazarte. 

After the closure of the Inca Manco Capac International Airport on December 14, it will finally resume operations tomorrow, Monday, moving about 500 passengers daily for the moment.
