Baby who died on the way to Chincha was not affected by roadblocks
On December 15, Dr. Zulema Tomás, director of the San Borja National Children's Institute, confirmed that a minor died after not being able to reach Lima to undergo surgery. However, on December 16, the Huancavelica Departmental Hospital, in charge of its transfer to the capital, reported that the ambulance suffered no impediment to its movement or any aggression.

The Ayacucho Regional Hospital reported that, due to the demonstrations, they receive patients in the emergency service in condition of NN, for which it asked the population to call 977 855 518, in case they have a missing relative.

Defense and Interior Ministers are constitutionally denounced for deaths in Ayacucho
Congressman Alex Flores Ramírez, presented this Friday a constitutional complaint against the Minister of the Interior, César Cervantes; and the head of Defense, Luis Alberto Otárola, in which both officials are accused of having committed the crime of qualified homicide and serious injuries, which would generate the infraction of articles 39 and 44 of the Constitution and that are typified in Articles 108 and 121 of the Penal Code. Ayacucho: they cannot transfer 4 patients to Lima, due to airport seizure
A representative of the Ayacucho Ombudsman's Office stated that they cannot refer patients to Lima because the airport continues, in some areas, to be taken over by vandals.

"We have four patients who need to be immediately referred to Lima. The plane for the transfer is ready, however, there are no conditions at the airport for the mobilization to take place," said the representative of the Ombudsman.

Cusco Airport restarts operations 
The MTC has reported that the Alejandro Astete airport in Cusco restarts its operations today, December 16, after 8 days of protests. In this line, the first flight will be to Lima and will take place at 1:30 p.m.
