According to the Peruvian National Police (PNP), 35-year-old Gabriel Omar Lopez Amanqui suffered a serious head injury and died at around 2:00 p.m. His death is the first reported in the Puno region. So far, it was known that the victim was helped alive on a motorcycle to the post La Revolución de Juliaca; however, after a few minutes it was confirmed that he had no vital signs.
